Harmony has a significant Associate College carefully constructed to meet and support your on going needs. All associate college members have a proven history of no less than 5 years experience of operating in a business environment and no less than 2 years operating as a consultant with proven results. All associates are vetted to ensure they offer you quality when commissioned. Qualifications are scrutinised and an assessment of suitability is made ahead of engagement.
All commissions are subjected to feedback from the customer and this is analysed by Directing staff to ensure consistently high quality in our choice of associate college members. High calibre associates agree to deliver Learning and Development initiatives on behalf of Harmony to the same high ethical standards that underpin The Harmony Partnership.
Each of our associates possess certain 'key specialism's' that enable Jim and Rupert to select the most appropriate person to deliver your particular intervention. Each associate has to be committed to the same values, ethics and standards as the core Harmony team and as such you can rely upon the principles and integrity of the Harmony Associate dedicated to your Learning and Development.
