Harmony begins every client contact with a face to face meeting to discuss your needs in depth. Once we have fully understood your requirements we will propose the right Learning package for you – this may be a readymade package, an open course, individual one-to-one training or a tailor-made package designed specifically to meet your needs. In order for you to have the confidence that your money is going to be well spent, we are happy to offer a taster session of your chosen course.
One of our Director of Studies will deliver this session on a mutually agreed date and time where you can assess the course – perhaps at a lunchtime seminar - entirely free of charge. Should you decide that the session is not for you, then you pay nothing – simple as that.
