Briony Lalor MA
Briony holds an MA in Personal and Organisational Development and her key interest is helping teams contribute more effectively within their organisations, especially in times of change. As a skilled facilitator, coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, she brings a wealth of experience having managed significant change projects in large corporate organisations such as British Gas and the Automobile Association. In addition Briony has worked extensively with teams in the Justice sector, local and regional government and the voluntary sector.
Briony recognises that successful change relies on effective leadership and has designed and delivered contemporary management development and leadership events to galvanize leaders in the face of change. Using Change Groups that are based on the principles of Action Learning she has helped managers work through the uncertainty of change together. . Briony creates an environment of both challenge and support in her work and is extremely skilled in helping leaders, managers and team members to gain high levels of self-awareness through the use of psychometric personality profiling and 360 degree feedback.
