Enid Moulder MSc. FCIPD

Enid Moulder is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a recent addition to the Harmony Partnership. A keen interest in organisational design and behaviour has led to a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour with the University of London. An advocate of lifelong personal development and experiential learning, Enid also has a Masters in Human Resource Development from Nottingham Trent, and in recognition of the demand is now furthering her interest in mediation as a method for reducing workplace conflict and grievance.
Enid is a specialist in supporting personal development and behavioural change in situations where communication skills and personal awareness are core to individual and business effectiveness. Enid has demonstrated high levels of effectiveness in combating work based bullying and harassment, reducing absence, and in working with organisations to ensure effective performance and change management. Enid has been able to achieve positive impacts on employee well being and an increase in bottom line profit.
Enid’s passion for a common sense approach to business effectiveness is also brought to bear on the often thorny issues of recognising and valuing diversity through using a behavioural ‘working with dignity’ approach. ‘Dignity’ being the behaviour that demonstrates positive organisational values, helping to ensure diversity is alive and working in an inclusive environment. The workshops Enid creates are designed to be challenging and fun whilst at the same time leading to changed attitudes and behaviour.
Enid is a highly sought after Harmony partner and has worked with many significant ‘blue chip’ commercial sector organisations such as Canada Life, Eni (UK), KLM, DuPont, Unisys, UBS, Cushman & Wakefield, Danone.
Being engaged by such diverse commercial sectors as Banking and Finance, Hospitality, Telecommunications and Manufacturing is testament to Enid’s range of skills and competence.
Enid has also been actively engaged in the public sector bringing her skills and experience of the commercial world to compliment the public sector ethos of high level customer service. To name but a few, Enid has worked alongside the Milton Keynes PCT, London Boroughs of Lambeth and Richmond, as well as many different departments within the Scottish Government.
