Helen is a highly sought after professional coach, trainer and consultant with over twenty years' experience. Her particular expertise can be found in the fields of leadership development and in coaching at all levels.

She has created, developed and delivered many training courses, workshop events and specialist development programmes for a wide variety of organisations and individuals. Her clients include HM Prison Service, the Ministry of Defence, the Police Service and many other local authorities and public bodies. Helen is also active within the Aerospace industry.

Helen is no stranger to the international scene and cultural diversity. In addition to working in the former Yugoslavia and Soviet Union, she spent many years living in Africa and the Middle East. She speaks French, German and Croatian.

Helen has been a participant in many leadership and management development programmes and conferences around the globe, including the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland and the Cranfield School of Management.

Her varied experience includes designing and delivering a professional development programme in Winchester prison; acting as interpreter and translator; researching the taxonomy of fungi, and managing a group travel company.

She is co-author of the acclaimed “Making Management Simple”, and has been a tutor on the MBA course at Reading University. She is also an accomplished artist and a qualified Reiki master, as well as being a volunteer mentor of the Princes Trust.

She is currently working on a ground-breaking book based on restorative leadership™ for the 21st century, as well as designing a programme “Leadership development through art”.

Helen is an accredited Investors in People (IiP) Adviser and has supported several organisations to achieve the National Standard for effective investment in people. She is a licensed trainer for Best Year Yet Workshops® and is Chair of the Institute for Applied Emotional Intelligence.

For over 25 years Helen has been a passionate advocate of The Hunger Project; she is currently Chair of The Hunger Project UK.
