Lorraine HillLorraine boasts 24 years of experience within the Project Management arena specialising in the highly regulated Financial Industry as a Business Analyst, Change Manager, IT Project and Programme Manager and Systems Training Manager on initiatives in excess of £20 million budget.

Lorraine has led many disparate teams from varying disciplines, IT, Commercial and Governmental on an International level and is an accredited Prince II practitioner. In addition to sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills Lorraine possesses the ability to interpret any technical, operational or commercial issues and transform them into working plans for operational use.

As such, Lorraine deploys these skills in the role of Client Relationship Manager, working closely with both Jim and Rupert to define customers needs, proposing solutions that incorporate either Harmony ready made or tailor made solutions and managing the project to ensure the delivery meets the exact client requirements ensuring the best possible outcome and transference of the learning into the workplace.
