A dynamic and motivational character. Formerly a senior ranking Police Officer, Rupert has many years of Learning and Development leadership experience under his belt not least of which was heading the L&D unit of Bedfordshire police. Since retiring from the service he has been the co-founder of The Harmony Partnership (UK) Ltd and embarked on a significant personal development career.
Attaining many enviable academic qualifications leading to his appointment as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management Rupert progressed to deliver a wide range of high level learning interventions in many different environments including government, corporate and charity sectors. Rupert is a Home Office accredited learning & development officer, a Tutor to the Police Staff College and is certified in training design and evaluation.
A member of the CIPD Rupert is currently a coach to organisational Chief Executive Officers and senior teams, and he is accredited to deliver and coach ‘the 7 habits of highly effective people’ (Dr Stephen Covey) the second largest global business development process. All of this makes Rupert one of a very few trainers that can be recognised and named within the industry.
