Sabine Broecker BA (Hons), NLP Master
Sabine Broecker is bilingual demonstrating fluency in both German and English giving her the benefit of a pan European profile. Sabine is a Training and Marketing professional holding a Bachelor degree (Honours) in European Business with a particular focus on Marketing.
Sabine possesses a wealth of experience developed over 16 years working nationally and internationally with global blue chip, national top brands and local authority sectors. Sabine is also a master practitioner in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).
Sabine has honed her skills in such roles as, Sales Promotions Manager for Coca Cola Germany, Product Manager for Dr. Oetker, Events Manager for Cardiff Marketing Ltd, in addition to being the marketing manager for the German Brewery; Paulander.
Sabine has recently returned from her active involvement in an intensive European development project for the sales force of a worldwide blue chip company.
She has gained particular expertise in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) and in the hospitality industry. Her Marketing skills span brand management, communication strategy, promotion and event management, sales promotions, key account responsibility, marketing strategy development and people management.
Locally Sabine has been instrumental in the delivery of a Government funded project providing training and coaching to support the long-term unemployed obtain employment in the retail sector. This included the creation of workshops focusing on selling skills, customer service excellence, and teamwork and interview skills.
Sabine also regularly designs and facilitates workshops and events for various training providers in the UK and the much published government funded scheme - “Train to Gain”. This initiative encompasses many topics close to Sabine’s heart, selling skills, marketing, customer service excellence, stress management, negotiation skills and goal setting techniques and telephone sales.
